How do I place my order for Canada wide mail?


1. Sign in or create an account
2. Browse and add desired items to your Shopping Cart
3. Click Continue Shopping if you with to add more products to your card
4. Head to the Checkout once you are finishe dshopping
5. Follow the instructions to fill out all of the required fields
6. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number
7. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email with your tracking link within 24 hours
8. Please allow 8-12 business days for package to arrive




How do I place my order for Local Delivery?


1. Sign in or create an account
2. Browse and add desired items to your Shopping Cart
3. Click Continue Shopping if you wish to add more products to your cart
4. Head to the Checkout once you are finished shopping
5. Follow the instructions to fill out all of the required fields
6. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number
7. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another message and email with your delivery time
8. When the driver starts your delivery you will receive your live tracking link




How do I pay?

Can I track my order?


Yes, shortly after you place your order, you will receive an automated message confirmation with a delivery time (it may take up to 30 minutes)
When the delivery is on the way, you will then receive another message with your live tracking link




Can I return my order?


All sales are final.
Purple Panda will gladly work with you to satisfy your needs if you are unhappy with your order.




It’s past the store hours is my order still coming?


During normal circumstances, if your order was placed before Purple Panda closes, it will be delivered.
If you still have not received your order, you can contact us directly and a team member will be more than happy to assist you.
